Return Policy

UrsLook offers a 7-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at urslookofficial@gmail.com with supporting images or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Beauty and cosmetic items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

UrsLook does not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

International Orders (EU Customers)

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
