Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product information is accurate and that the products they list comply with applicable laws and UrsLook policies.

2. Customer Places an Order

Customers browse products available on UrsLook and place an order through the website or app.

After an order is successfully placed, the order details are shared with the seller for processing.

3. Seller Processes the Order

The seller prepares the customer's order by checking the product, quantity, size, colour, and other order details.

The seller then securely packs the correct product according to the required packaging and shipping guidelines.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The packaged order is handed over to the authorised shipping or logistics partner.

The shipping partner transports the order and attempts delivery to the customer's provided address. Customers may receive order and delivery updates through the UrsLook platform.

5. Customer Receives the Product

Once the order is delivered successfully, the customer receives the product.

If the customer has any questions or issues, they can contact UrsLook customer support or follow the applicable return, refund, or replacement policy.
